W. Riddle Windmill

The windmill manufactured by William Riddle has a solid wooden wheel and slatted wooden tail. It was approximately 10ft in size and there may have been another size as well. At a later date the wooden wheel sections were modified to have single metal blades attached to each of the spokes. A windmill enthusiast from Port Lincoln, South Australia has collected what he believes to be five variations of William RIDDLE's original design.
